1. Subject of the Service
The service consists of chauffeur-driven vehicle hire (NCC) in accordance with current Italian legislation.

2. Booking
Bookings are subject to availability confirmation.

3. Rates
Rates are agreed in advance.
The final price may vary in case of:
Heavy traffic
Route deviations requested by the client
Extra waiting time

4. Cancellations
Cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Liability
The carrier is not responsible for delays due to:
Traffic
Weather conditions
Force majeure

6. Governing Law
This contract is governed by Italian law.
